Q. I want to cancel my order.
Due to system constraints, we generally cannot accept cancellations due to customer reasons. We appreciate your understanding. Cancellations are possible before shipment, so please contact us by email or phone to request a cancellation.
Q. I forgot to enter the coupon code. Can I apply it later?
Due to system constraints, coupon codes cannot be applied to orders after payment has been completed.

Standard shipping is only available within Japan. For overseas shipping, please use the forwarding service "Baggage Forward".
