Return Policy and Conditions

As a general rule, returns are free within 5 days of product arrival. However, this is limited to unused items. Returns or exchanges are not possible for sheet music. For musical instruments (shamisen, koto), returns are possible after playing them (within 2 days), but please be careful not to scratch the instrument. In the unlikely event of scratches, we may not be able to accept returns.
(After 5 days, returns and exchanges of all products will be refused.)

For any product, if you return it due to your own circumstances, please note that the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
