As a general rule, returns are free within 5 days of product arrival. However, this is limited to unused items. Returns or exchanges are not possible for sheet music. For musical instruments (shamisen, koto), returns are possible after playing them (within 2 days), but please be careful not to scratch the instrument. In the unlikely event of scratches, we may not be able to accept returns.

Regarding refunds (for returns due to customer's convenience)
*For purchases made by cash on delivery, the refund will be the product price minus transfer fees for the refund, cash on delivery fees (if borne by us), stamp duty (for product purchases of 30,000 yen or more), and shipping fees (if borne by us).

Note) If used items are returned, they will be returned cash on delivery, or 50% of the product price (tax included) will be refunded. (Full refunds are not possible.)
