About Delivery Methods
For products marked with "Eligible for Trackable Mail" on each product page, delivery at 198 yen is possible. However, if the package exceeds the specified packing size after order placement due to quantity or inclusion of other items, we will switch to courier delivery (600 yen). Depending on the payment method, it may not be possible to change the amount, in which case you will need to cancel the order once. If a change is necessary, we will contact you in advance with the details.
◆ Specified packing size for trackable mail: A4 size, up to 3 cm thick.
◆ Standard delivery is generally via Sagawa Express, but please note that it may be via LetterPack depending on the product size or payment method.
Additionally, for free shipping orders, even if you select standard delivery, it may be shipped via Click Post.
Please understand that you cannot specify the shipping company.

Shipping Carriers: Japan Post, Sagawa Express
Delivery Time: Small items within 2-5 business days from order. Instruments 1-2 weeks. Sheet music 3-10 business days.
Shipping Cost: Nationwide, flat rate. Standard delivery 600 yen, trackable mail 198 yen (for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, a separate quote will be provided after the order).
Customers who purchase products totaling 10,000 yen or more in a single order will receive free shipping.
- For remote islands, additional relay fees may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before shipping.
- Please note that in some cases, the shipping carrier may be changed to an equivalent carrier without prior notice.
