About Delivery Methods
For products marked with "Eligible for Trackable Mail" on each product page, delivery at 198 yen is possible. However, if the package exceeds the specified packing size after order placement due to quantity or inclusion of other items, we will switch to courier delivery (600 yen). Depending on the payment method, it may not be possible to change the amount, in which case you will need to cancel the order once. Shipping Cost: Nationwide, flat rate. Standard delivery 600 yen, trackable mail 198 yen (for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands, a separate quote will be provided after the order).
Customers who purchase products totaling 10,000 yen or more in a single order will receive free shipping.
- For remote islands, additional relay fees may apply. In such cases, we will contact you before shipping.
- Please note that in some cases, the shipping carrier may be changed to an equivalent carrier without prior notice.

Also, for free shipping, even if you select standard delivery, it may be shipped via Click Post.

Please note that we generally cannot accept order cancellations after the order has been shipped.
Return and Exchange Conditions
As a general rule, returns are free within the specified period after product arrival. However, only unused items are eligible.
・If a non-returnable item such as an opened or used item is returned, 50% of the product price (tax included) will be refunded.
◇ Japanese musical instrument supplies... Within 5 days from arrival date (including arrival date)
◇ Musical instruments... Within 2 days from arrival date (including arrival date)
◇ Sheet music... No returns or exchanges
Note) If a used item is returned, it will be sent back collect on delivery, or 50% of the product price (tax included) will be refunded. (Full refunds are not possible)
For musical instruments (shamisen, koto), returns (within 2 days) are possible after playing the instrument, but please be careful not to scratch the instrument. If there are any stains or scratches, returns are not possible. *Shamisen made with synthetic leather are limited to unused items. (Shamisen with optional artificial skin are not eligible for return or exchange.)
(Returns and exchanges for all products will be refused after the deadline has passed.)
・Upon arrival of your product, please immediately check for any damage.
In the event of a product error, please contact us within 2 days of arrival.
We will refuse returns, exchanges, or repairs for product errors reported after 3 days.
In the case of a product error, we will exchange the item at our shipping cost.
For damage during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of product arrival.
We will exchange the item under the responsibility of the shipping company, but compensation may not be available if a certain amount of time has passed since arrival.
(Note) Damage caused by yourself after product arrival is not covered by compensation.
・For all products returned due to customer convenience, the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer. Please note this. *For returns, please always send them back via Japan Post's [Yu-Pack] or [Non-standard mail (for small items)].
*Furthermore, if you purchased with free shipping and cash on delivery fees, the original shipping and cash on delivery fees will also be borne by the customer. Please note this.
◆ Exchanges
Exchanges due to customer convenience (e.g., "doesn't match image," change in size/color) are possible for unused items within 5 days of product arrival.
If you exchange due to customer convenience, all shipping costs for the return and for sending the replacement item to your home will be borne by the customer.

For unused items, if you contact us within 3 days of product arrival, we will exchange it for a new product.
Furthermore, we will bear the return shipping costs for initial defects and damage.
